3. We will fax or email you a quote/approval with a build lead time for your approval.

4. Upon receipt of the quote/approval, please sign and fax or mail it back to us along with your order for the cable(s). Please remember to include a purchase order number (if applicable) or to choose a payment option. For credit card orders please remember to mention card type and expiration date. Please also include a "ship to" location or any other special instructions.
